Eligibility

The App is intended only for registered students, parents/guardians, teachers, and authorized staff.
Login credentials are issued by the School Administration and cannot be changed by users.
If credentials are lost, users must contact the School Administration.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
Issue reporting is permitted during working hours (07:30 AM – 02:30 PM, Monday to Saturday).

Academic updates (Homework, Assignments, Syllabus)
Attendance records
Examination schedules and results
Fee payments and receipts
Circulars and announcements
Parent–teacher communication
Event and activity updates

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Use the App only for lawful educational purposes
Refrain from abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
Do not misuse communication features
Do not attempt unauthorized access to school systems or data

Any violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension of App access and disciplinary or legal action as deemed appropriate by the School.

Intellectual Property

All content including logos, study materials, notices, software design, and branding are the exclusive property of GURUKUL INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Fee Payments

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
The School is not responsible for gateway downtime or technical failures.
Payment confirmation is subject to successful transaction authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Temporary service interruptions
Network failures or internet issues
Device or software incompatibility
Data loss caused by user negligence

Modification of Terms

The School reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
